Spring 2022 Virtual Summit

It is with much sadness that we announce the postponement of the WITS 10th Anniversary Celebration. The uncertainty created by rising Covid rates and adjustments being made in Covid protocols have created a situation where we feel it is in the best health interests of our guests and staff to postpone the event. We will look at rescheduling when it is safer for us to meet in person. 

While the pandemic may be preventing us from gathering, we are still celebrating an amazing 10 years of WITS. We are asking everyone to share your memories of WITS. Send us stories, testimonials, photos, and videos of your favorite moments and what WITS has meant to you. Email them to wits@techgirlz.org or post them on social media with the hashtag #WITS10th. We will be sharing them, along with our memories, throughout the rest of 2021. Be sure to follow the hashtag for a fond look back at 10 years of WITS educating, inspiring and connecting women in tech. 

We also encourage you to join us at the WITS Fall Virtual Summit! Three days of talks on trending topics in tech, discussions on thriving in your tech career, and hands-on workshops on a variety of topics, along with networking with hundreds of other women in tech will leave you educated, inspired, and connected with an fantastic community of women working in technical and business roles at all levels of their careers in technology.

Join us as we celebrate 10 years of educating, inspiring, and connecting women in tech.

When: October 22, 2021  

Where:  Take your pick – In-person or Virtual!   

We’ll be in our hometown of Philadelphia for an in-person 10th Anniversary Celebration! We also want all of our friends around the world to join us, so we are live-streaming the celebration and adding in some fantastic, fun virtual components. There will be a few speakers, some in-person and virtual networking, a lot of fun celebrating a decade of WITS, some special 10th Anniversary swag, and even raising some money for TechGirlz (a donation gets you a ticket to attend!). 

Come help us celebrate not only an amazing decade of educating, inspiring, and connecting women in tech, but also YOU – all of the volunteers, speakers, sponsors, and attendees, who got us to this milestone.

You Have Questions – We Have Answers! 

Can I bring a Plus One? This is joyous celebration and we encourage you to to bring friends, colleagues, and significant others! Please remember to ensure we stay within capacity guidelines, everyone attending must be registered.

Can I bring my TechGirl?  Again, this is celebration and we welcome everyone! Please be advised because there will be alcohol served, any minors must be accompanied by an adult and must stay with their adult at all times.

Will I have to wear a mask?  We will be following all local Covid protocols. You can find the venue’s current Covid-19 information here.
