All cancellation requests must be made by sending an email to info@womenintechsummit.com.

 Full refunds will be issued if cancellation requests are received via email more than 30 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation requests received after this date will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued on cancellation requests within 15 days of an event.

“No shows” are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee.

In extenuating circumstances, event registrations may be transferred to another attendee at the discretion of WITS organizers
